The equipment adopts manual loading method to automatically lock and remove screws and automatically detect the lock and remove screws. Fast positioning with servo module and four-axis manipulator. The signal stability and running speed of the equipment are guaranteed by the control mode of bus. The average time for locking a screw is 1.2S. The CT time of the whole machine is 8S.
