The device is automatically fed by the 6-axis manipulator, and the module and the 4-axis manipulator move together to achieve the perfect positioning of the product and the fixture. The position of the product and fixture is guaranteed within plus or minus 0.02mm through the rectification of the visual camera. Then through the laser welding process to achieve nut and product welding automatic equipment. The CT time of the whole machine is 12S.
