This device realizes 5-axis servo linkage through the motion control function of PLC, and realizes adhesive tape through the combination of visual camera's correction function and motion control. At the same time, the perfect combination of motion control and laser cutting ensures the cutting accuracy of plus or minus 0.05mm. This device is controlled by multi-CPU bus. The CT time of the whole machine is 10S.

Equipment Characteristics
  1. The left and right double stations are manually loaded, and the fixture automatically clamps the product after the loading is completed, which can realize the film coating without stopping the machine.
