2021 Preferred Employer in China

Wuxi Novo Automation Technology Co., Ltd. has won the title of "2021 Preferred Employer in China" in the selection of 2021 Best Employer in China. This is the second time that the award has been awarded since 2019, and it is the first batch of innovative companies representing "Technology for Efficiency, Intelligence for efficiency" in the annual Best Employers Event.



The award was jointly sponsored by Zhaopin and the Social Survey Research Center of Peking University. It evaluated the employer brand from six dimensions, including employer image, employer culture, organization management, working environment, growth and development, and salary and benefits.

Novo equipment in order to realize "staff for this" values, attach importance to talent introduction, through the establishment of stable and sustainable career development channel, attract talent, condensed talents, optimize the talent structure, development of staff and enterprise integration, sharing enterprise development achievements, struggle for achievement enterprise grandness, is in keeping with the selection of applicants to the enterprise's good judgment standard.
