Time flies and seasons change. On the afternoon of February 6, the company’s 2025 Annual Gala was grandly held at the Plum Hall, 2nd Floor, Wuxi Xiangmei International Hotel.

The venue was brilliantly lit and warm with joy. We raised our glasses, talked with one heart, reviewed the journey of hard work over the past year, and jointly drew the blueprint for the new year’s development.



Prelude to the Celebration: Gathering Together for the Grand Event




At 3:00 p.m. on February 6, before the annual meeting officially began, the venue was already filled with a lively and joyful atmosphere.Employees from NOVO Equipment arrived early, all smiling happily. They checked in, took photos, and collected the carefully prepared Spring Festival gifts from the company in an orderly manner.

Summary and Commendation

President Zheng and President Gao delivered speeches at the annual meeting.

They first expressed their sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and selfless dedication.
They encouraged everyone to enhance the company’s technical and operational capabilities, and under the guidance of the three-year strategic goals for 2026–2028, to unite as one, act with dedication, and work together to create an even brighter future for Woge Equipment.




The highlight of the conference was the Award Ceremony.A series of awards were presented one after another, including Advanced Individual, Technical Pioneer, Values Model Star, Advanced Team, Profit Creation Award, Cost Reduction Contribution Award, Management Improvement Award, as well as the 3-Year Service and 5-Year Service awards.

Every winner and team represents the company’s high recognition of their outstanding performance.The company awarded trophies, bonuses and red envelopes to honor their dedication and hard work in 2025.

Following the solemn commendation ceremony, the annual meeting moved into a joyful interactive session.Staff from various departments took to the stage one after another to showcase their hidden talents, with wonderful and diverse performances:dynamic dances that instantly lit up the audience, melodic songs that highlighted everyone’s versatility, and witty skits that brought waves of laughter to the venue.

During the performances, fun interactive games were also interspersed.All employees participated enthusiastically and cooperated with great teamwork.Winners of the games received exquisite prizes one after another, and the joyful atmosphere of the event kept rising, with continuous laughter and excitement throughout the venue.
