NOVO Executive Management Skills Seminar

On May 19, 2023, "NOVO Executive Management Skills" seminar was successfully held in Wuxi Voger headquarters. The seminar focused on the new mode of employee management, committed to promote the new development of the new generation of management, and help the rapid development and growth of the company.

The seminar was mainly carried out in four parts: re-understanding him/her, mutual praise, silent writing and group PK. The problems encountered in management and business development skills were comprehensively and deeply analyzed. At the same time, combined with the company's development strategy planning, it was summarized and sorted out to ensure more efficient and smooth management work in the later stage.

Stage 1: Get to know him/her again

Each partner created on the paper, and made a brief drawing of his mood that day, his job and his childhood hometown.

Stage 2: Mutual praise link

Each partner in turn on stage to introduce their own works, new understanding of the partner around him/her, understand the other side of him/her.

Stage 3: Writing in silence

Each person to write a usually encountered difficulties/problems in management, everyone in turn on the stage to introduce their written content, for all the problems in the management of the show of hands, according to the votes to find the most urgent problem to solve.

Stage 4: Group PK match

5-6 people in a group, each group selected a leader and a clerk, to the group as a unit for PK competition; Discuss in groups, select the most voted questions, and write the solution ideas on the whiteboard; At last, the winners will be selected by presenting their results in turn.
