The 3rd Quarter Employee General Meeting of Wuxi Novo Automation Technology Corp., Ltd. concluded successfully on October 31, 2025. Injecting strong momentum into the company's development, the meeting not only reviewed past achievements but also mapped out future plans.

Through data comparison, General Manager Gao conducted a detailed review of the company's operational performance in Q3 2025. Focusing on work attitude, he specifically put forward two concepts: "perfunctorily fulfilling tasks" and "proactively addressing challenges". We must first clarify the essential difference between the two and conduct self-reflection against this standard: is our current work state about "perfunctorily fulfilling tasks" or "proactively addressing challenges"? Only by thoroughly understanding this can subsequent work be implemented accurately and achieve tangible results.

General Manager Zheng made a preliminary summary of the company's 2025 operating conditions. Phased results have been achieved in business development, laying a solid foundation for next year's performance. He emphasized that the company should attach greater importance to the value of continuous innovation at this stage, as innovation is the core driving force for development. Continuous innovation is required in all links including company management, sales, technology, production and services to enhance core competitiveness, meet customer needs and adapt to market changes.

At this ceremony, commemorative medals and certificates of honor were specially presented to employees who have walked side by side with NOVO for three, five, and ten years, paying tribute to their perseverance and dedication. Subsequently, representatives of the awarded employees took the stage and, through heartfelt speeches, recounted their personal growth and profound insights gained at NOVO.

This ceremony proudly honored the Q3 Values Role Models. Through their spirit of selfless dedication and exemplary drive for innovation, they have provided vital momentum for the company’s development and stand as outstanding examples for all employees to follow.

    Employee Forum                   


The newly added Employee Forum featured an award-winning designer who shared his philosophy for achieving stable design outcomes. He stressed that stability must be designed in—it is not something you test or tune in later. Problems must be solved on the drawing board; this is the lowest-cost, highest-efficiency route. Moreover, a robust design is the result of a systems-level effort that integrates mechanics, electronics, software and assembly. Design responsibility must span the entire journey from concept to stable mass production.



Employee Suggestion Collection

The forum concluded with an employee-suggestion drive, openly collecting ideas on company development and workplace improvements. All proposals will be sorted and analyzed by HR & Administration after the meeting; frequent or critical issues will receive formal responses, ensuring that every employee voice is heard and acted upon.

This employee conference was far more than a routine report-and-award session; it was an all-hands sharing and interactive event. By looking back and looking ahead, it effectively energized every employee to strive toward the year-end goals in one final sprint.
