The planned construction period of the project is four years.

It is noted that Xiamen Xinying Display Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture founded by TCL Huaxing Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. and Quanzhou SAN 'an Semiconductor Technology Co., LTD., focusing on new Micro LED display engineering technology research and development, to achieve commercial scale production of Micro LED display.
